Consultation and Discovery

Whether you’re based in Perth or elsewhere in WA, our in-person or video consultations help us understand your lifestyle, budget, land requirements, and your vision for your home.

Design

Once we’ve achieved an understanding of what you need for your dream home, you’ll choose from our range of architecturally inspired home designs. Then, you’ll work with our talented team to customise the layout, features, and finishes to perfectly suit your vision.

Pre-Construction

Before construction begins, we handle all the essential preparation. That means we manage any required council approvals, guide you through selecting colours, materials, and finishes, and then prepare your final contract with all the necessary documentation.

Construction

This is where the speed of modular building shines. Construction begins at our secure manufacturing facility in Perth, safe from weather delays. We build your home to precision in a controlled environment, including the assembly of the steel frame, installation of all cladding, roofing, windows, doors and the complete internal fit-out (cabinetry, tiling, finishes).

To ensure your peace of mind, we invite you to a pre-delivery Inspection at our Henderson Factory facility so you can walk through your fully completed home before it leaves. Throughout the construction process, you receive real-time updates via our Client Portal, keeping you informed at every step. We can construct your home in as little as 12* weeks.

Transportation and Installation

Once construction is complete, the modules are safely transported to your prepared site (a complex logistical process we fully manage). Upon arrival, our expert team uses specialised equipment to position and secure the modules onto the foundations.

We then complete all remaining on-site work, including plumbing, electrical connections, and any external additions you might have selected.

Handover and Move In

We then hand over the keys, officially making the house yours.
