Traditional Construction Loans

Many banks and financial institutions offer construction loans for new homes, including modular construction where lender requirements are met.

As modular homes are predominantly manufactured off-site, it’s important to work with a lender that understands modular construction and can accommodate the required payment structure.

Finance options are available for modular homes, with Bankwest and CommBank as well as specialist modular home loans.

Keystart offers a dedicated Modular Home Loan through its Low Deposit Home Loan product, designed to support eligible buyers looking to build a modular home.

Depending on eligibility, benefits may include:

First Home Owner Grant

Building your first home? You may be eligible for the Western Australian First Home Owner Grant.

Eligible first home buyers can receive up to $10,000 towards purchasing or building a new home, including eligible modular homes.

The grant is designed to help Western Australians enter the property market and may assist with the upfront costs of building.
