Most modular homes require the appropriate approvals from the Town of Port Hedland before construction can begin. Depending on your site and the proposed development, this may include development approval as well as a building permit. MIRA Residential manages the approval process on your behalf, preparing the required documentation, assessing local planning requirements and coordinating any necessary reports or assessments.

If the site is bushfire-prone, additional requirements may apply. The City requires that a BAL assessment be carried out in relevant cases and, where applicable, that the home must comply with the BAL assessment, the National Construction Code (NCC), and AS 3959.
