How we work

Milestones to a New Way of Living

Design

Once we’ve achieved an understanding of what you need for your dream home, you’ll choose from our range of architecturally inspired home designs. Then, you’ll work with our talented team to customise the layout, features, and finishes to suit your vision perfectly.

Pre-Construction

Before any building begins, we handle all the essential preparation. That means we manage any necessary council approvals required in Albany, guiding you through the selection of colours, materials, and finishes, and then preparing your final contract with all the necessary documentation.

Construction

This is where the speed of modular building shines. Construction begins at our secure manufacturing facility in Perth. We build your home to precision in a controlled environment, including the assembly of the steel frame, installation of all cladding, roofing, windows, doors, and the complete internal fit-out (cabinetry, tiling, finishes).

To ensure your peace of mind, we invite you to a pre-delivery Inspection at our Henderson Factory facility so you can walk through your fully completed home before it leaves. Throughout the construction process, you receive real-time updates via our Client Portal, ensuring you are informed about what’s happening every step of the way. We can construct your home in as little as 12* weeks.

Transportation and Installation

Once construction is complete, the modules are safely transported to your prepared site (a complex logistical process we fully manage). Upon arrival, our expert team uses cranes and specialised equipment to position and secure the modules onto the foundations quickly.
We then complete all remaining on-site work, including plumbing, electrical connections, and any external additions you might have selected.

Handover and Move In

With the site works complete, we will conduct a final inspection with you to ensure your home meets all expectations. We then hand over the keys, officially making the house yours. You are ready to move in and start enjoying your beautifully crafted new home!
