Another Modular Home Constructed and Delivered to Busselton in Just 12 Weeks
Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of delivering a completed Vista modular home to its new location in Busselton, South West Western Australia. From the first stage of construction in our manufacturing yard to its journey south to Abbey, the entire home was completed in just 12 weeks.
For our team, every project tells a story. This one began in our manufacturing facility, where the Vista slowly took shape as a carefully crafted two-bedroom modular home designed for modern living.
Where the journey begins
Unlike traditional home building, modular construction starts in a controlled indoor environment. Inside our manufacturing yard, our team works through each stage of the build with precision and consistency.
For this Vista, the process moved steadily forward over twelve weeks. Framing, electrical, plumbing, internal linings and finishes all came together as the home transformed from a structure into a complete living space.
Building in a factory environment allows us to maintain quality and efficiency while avoiding many of the weather delays that can impact conventional construction across Western Australia.

Earlier this month, the Vista made its way south to Busselton, one of Western Australia’s most loved coastal communities.

Once in place, the Vista quickly began to look right at home in its new surroundings.
