We’ll begin by understanding your vision for living in Mandurah. Whether online or in person, we take the time to assess your needs, budget, and block specifics. We’ll assess your site’s access and compatibility for a modular home.

Design

With your goals in mind, you can explore our curated selection of modular home designs. Our team adapts floor plans and finishes to your block and daily routines, while factoring in Mandurah’s orientation to optimise sea breezes, sunlight, and outdoor integration. Every home is designed to provide a functional, comfortable living space tailored to the city’s climate and to make the most of the natural landscape.

Pre-Construction

Before any construction begins, our team carefully manages all approvals and site preparations. This includes compliance with the City of Mandurah Local Planning Scheme, confirming materials, colours, finishes and coordinating essential site work like foundations, utility connections and drainage. We also assess site-specific factors such as slope, soil type, bushfire-prone areas and exposure to coastal winds or salt air.

Construction

Each modular is carefully assembled in our manufacturing yard, starting with the steel frame, then adding structural walls, cladding, roofing, windows, doors, and all internal finishes such as cabinetry, joinery, fixtures, and tiling. Our construction manager and on-site supervisors ensure quality, y strength, fit and finish.

Throughout assembly, you can track your progress via our client portal before participating in a pre-delivery inspection of your home. Once a module is complete, it’s prepared for transport to your site, fully fitted and ready for installation. Construction is typically 12-14 weeks.

Transportation and Installation

Transporting modular homes to Mandurah requires coordination. Our team handles all logistics, using specialised vehicles and cranes where necessary to position each module safely on prepared foundations. Once on site, the team connects the plumbing and electrical systems. 

Continuous oversight allows us to maintain quality standards while keeping you informed at every stage. The transition from factory to site is seamless, and your home is move-in ready in the shortest timeframe possible.
