Project Overview
Privacy and Independence
When our clients wanted to create a comfortable and independent living space for their father, they chose The Moda for its efficient footprint and thoughtful design. Situated on their property in Karridale, this secondary dwelling provides the perfect balance between privacy and connection, allowing family to live nearby while maintaining their own space.
“We had a really good experience with MIRA Residential and are super happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the build is great, especially the finishing touches like the polished concrete, light fittings, and bench tops. You can tell they’ve used good quality materials.”
