Every journey begins with a conversation. During an in-person or virtual consultation, our team takes the time to understand your lifestyle, budget, land requirements and your vision for your new home.

Design

Once we understand the vision for your dream home, you’ll select from our range of architecturally inspired designs. From there, our skilled team works with you to personalise the layout, features and finishes, creating a home that truly reflects your needs and lifestyle.

Pre-Construction

Before a single brick is laid, we handle all the paperwork. From navigating council approvals to helping you select the perfect colours, materials and finishes, we ensure every detail is planned and documented.

Construction

Your home is built in a controlled environment to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistent quality. The process includes assembling the steel frame, installing external cladding, roofing, windows, and doors, followed by internal fit-out, including cabinetry, tiling, and final finishes. Before transport, you’ll be invited to a Pre-Delivery Inspection, where you can walk through your fully completed home before it is prepared for transport. Throughout the process, you’ll receive real-time updates via our Client Portal, keeping you informed every step of the way. Construction of your new home can take as little as 12* weeks.

Transportation and Installation

Once construction is complete, we carefully transport the modules to your site, handling all the logistics so you don’t have to deal with the hassle. Our experienced team then installs and secures each module with precision using specialised equipment.

From there, we complete all remaining on-site work, including plumbing, electrical connections and any exterior features you’ve selected, so your home is ready for you to move in with complete peace of mind.

Handover and Move In

With site works complete, we’ll conduct a final inspection with you to ensure your home meets all expectations. We then hand over the keys, officially making the house yours. You’re ready to move in and start enjoying your beautifully crafted new home.
