Starting with The Moda Design
The journey began with one of our designs, The Moda.
For this client, The Moda design offered the right balance of size and structure, while allowing room to personalise both the internal layout and the external elevation.
Clean lines, efficient layouts and a strong architectural foundation made it the ideal starting point for this client. But like every MIRA home, this was never about a one size fits all outcome.
From the outset, the client was keen to tailor the design to better suit their lifestyle and the unique character of the Karridale landscape. These clients decided to add the UniCote LUX product to the front of the elevation and changed to a pitched roof.
Designing Together
Working closely with our team, the client made a series of considered changes to the internal layout. Spaces were rebalanced tosuit individual design preferences, ensuring the home felt both practical and personal. Small adjustments made a big difference, transforming the original plan into a layout that truly reflected how the client wanted to live.
The elevation was also reworked, with changes that responded to the surrounding environment and enhanced the home’s street presence. The result is a refined exterior that feels grounded, contemporary and perfectly at home in its regional setting.

Once the design was finalised, the benefits of modular construction came into their own. The home was manufactured with precision, quality controlled in a factory environment and delivered to site ready for installation.
