The advertised 12 Months from Sign Up to Keys timeframe is based on the average delivery timeframe for standard MIRA Residential home projects from ‘Sale Accepted’ to ‘Key Handover’ and is provided as a guide only. It does not constitute a guaranteed completion or handover date.

The advertised timeframe is based on projects progressing without significant delays and assumes timely client decisions, approvals and access to site.

Actual project timeframes may vary depending on a range of factors including, but not limited to, design complexity, client-requested variations, planning and building approvals, finance approval, engineering, site conditions, material availability, supplier lead times, weather conditions, utility authority timeframes, transport, installation, industrial action, force majeure or other circumstances beyond MIRA Residential’s reasonable control.

A project specific construction program and estimated completion timeframe will be provided throughout the building process and updated where required.
