The advertised 12-week build time applies to the off-site manufacturing phase of selected standard MIRA Residential home designs only. The build period commences once all required approvals, documentation, selections, engineering and materials are complete and the home is formally released into the manufacturing phase.

The 12-week timeframe does not include preliminary works, design development, planning or building approvals, client variations, site preparation, transport, cranage, installation, utility connections, commissioning or handover.

Build times are indicative and may vary depending on the selected design, level of customisation, project location, material availability, supplier lead times, approval delays, weather events, industrial action, force majeure or other circumstances beyond MIRA Residential’s reasonable control.

A project-specific construction program and anticipated completion timeframe will be confirmed before manufacturing commences.
