Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is MIRA Residential Pty Ltd (“MIRA Residential”).

2. Promotion Period
The giveaway commences on 11:59pm AWST 26 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 27 August 2026.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees of MIRA Residential and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must subscribe to the MIRA Residential mailing list during the Promotion Period.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 RM Williams gift card.

The gift card type and issuer will be determined by MIRA Residential at its sole discretion.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Monday 31 August 20.

7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of subscription within five (7) business days of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, MIRA Residential reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

9. Privacy
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from MIRA Residential. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with MIRA Residential’s Privacy Policy.

10. Publicity
The winner agrees to the publication of their first name and suburb for promotional purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MIRA Residential accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

MIRA Residential reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. General
By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
