12 Week Build Time – Terms and Conditions

The advertised 12 Week Build Time is based on the average off-site manufacturing duration for standard MIRA Residential home designs. Actual manufacturing time may be shorter or longer depending on the specific project and is not a guaranteed timeframe.

The manufacturing period commences from concrete slab/steel frame chassis delivery, and ends once the modules are transported from our manufacturing yard.

The advertised 12 week build time does not include design development, planning or building approvals, client requested variations, site preparation, cranage, installation, utility connections, commissioning or handover.

Actual build timeframes may vary depending on the selected design, level of customisation, project location, material availability, supplier lead times, weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure or other circumstances beyond MIRA Residential’s reasonable control.

A project specific construction program and estimated completion timeframe will be provided during manufacturing.
