As General Manager of McNally Group’s residential division, she is passionate about helping people realise their dream homes through thoughtful innovation and streamlined processes. Natalie’s leadership is grounded in a people-first approach, having previously held senior roles at renowned WA building brands. Warren is the friendly face many of our clients meet first and one they remember long after handover. With over 13 years of experience in the building industry alongside his partner Taria, Warren has worked across both traditional and modular homes, helping countless West Australians bring their dream homes to life.
Known for his outgoing nature and genuine passion for helping people, Warren thrives on building strong relationships and guiding clients through every step of their homebuilding journey. Over the years, he and Taria have partnered with some of Western Australia’s most respected companies, always putting the client’s vision at the heart of the process.

With over 14 years of experience in residential and commercial design, Dan is an award-winning designer whose portfolio spans high-end custom homes, display homes, aged care developments, and bushfire-compliant residences.

Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the residential building industry, Brenton has built a strong foundation working with leading project builders across Western Australia since 2006. His skills and expertise in both estimating and scheduling ensures projects run efficiently and are delivered with precision, making him an integral part of the MIRA team.
Carlos Huizinga brings over 20 years of construction industry experience, including 15 years specialising in Occupational Health and Safety across the construction, manufacturing, and mining sectors. As HSEQ Manager, he plays a key role in shaping and maintaining MIRA’s high standards for health, safety, environment, and quality.
Carlos is passionate about fostering strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and empowering teams through proactive risk management. His hands-on, collaborative leadership style, paired with a proven track record in ISO accreditation and continuous system improvement, ensures every MIRA project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Kyle brings over two decades of modular construction experience to McNally Group and MIRA Residential, with a hands-on background. His career spans a wide range of residential and remote projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Known for his calm leadership and deep technical knowledge, Kyle oversees every build with precision and care. His focus on quality, safety, and smart coordination helps ensure each MIRA home is delivered on time and built to last.
With over two and a half years at McNally and a diverse background in the construction industry, Samuel brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role. Before joining McNally, he spent three years working for a cabinet maker here in Australia, where he honed his skills in precision craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Originally from Canada, Sam grew up immersed in the construction world, working alongside his father in the family-owned building company. This early exposure instilled in him a deep understanding of quality building practices and a dedication to excellence.
Before moving to Australia, Sam also built a solid foundation in sales, giving him a unique perspective on client relationships and service delivery. With over 25 years of leadership in complex, high-pressure construction environments, Ryan Pine brings precision, experience, and energy to every project. Having successfully delivered multimillion-dollar oil and gas developments, he now applies that same standard of excellence to building MIRA homes.
